1. Website Use

This website introduces our custom beach towel business and allows business customers to contact us. Sending an inquiry does not place an order. Use the website lawfully and do not submit misleading information, infringing material or code that interferes with its operation.

2. Product Information

Images and product descriptions help explain available styles and options. The final towel, measurements, materials, decoration, packaging and quality requirements are those agreed in the written quotation, specifications and approved sample for your order.

3. Quotations

Quotations are based on the towel type, dimensions, fabric, weight, color quantities, artwork, decoration, packaging and delivery requirements supplied. Changes to these details may require a revised quotation.

The quotation will identify the applicable product and sample charges, packaging, shipping and other agreed costs before you commit to purchase. Its stated validity and exclusions apply; ask for clarification before accepting it.

4. Samples

Existing product samples have no sample fee. Custom samples cost US$10–30, with sample making taking 5–9 days. Shipping arrangements and any charges are confirmed separately.

Sample fees can be credited toward a bulk order. The credit amount and its application are confirmed with the order details. The sample and any requested changes are subject to your written approval before bulk production. Any additional development work and related charges are confirmed before proceeding.

5. Orders and Payments

Orders are based on commercial documents accepted by both parties. Payment amounts, methods, due dates and the conditions for starting production are set out in those documents.

Request changes or cancellation promptly in writing. We review the production stage, work already completed and material commitments, then explain the feasible options and any resulting costs for written agreement.

6. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property

You must have permission to use the logos, designs, images and other material you supply. Tell us about any restrictions that apply to their use.

Customer artwork is used for the agreed project. Public display of a customer logo or design requires authorization. Ownership or licensing of project-created artwork should be agreed in the relevant order documents.

7. Production Tolerances

We manufacture to the dimensions, weight, colors, artwork position and workmanship agreed in the approved sample and written specification. Any acceptable variation must be agreed for the order; a general reference to manufacturing tolerances does not replace those requirements.

8. Shipping

Our stated bulk production time is 15–30 days. Production and shipping are separate, and the order documents establish the schedule and responsibilities. We communicate known changes to the agreed plan.

The quotation or order specifies the shipping arrangement, freight charges, import duties or taxes where applicable, and each party’s responsibilities. Production time does not include transit time or establish a guaranteed arrival date.

9. Inspection, Returns and Refunds

Inspect the shipment and report concerns promptly to info@towelwise.com, including the order reference, affected quantity, description and supporting photographs or other evidence. We review the issue against the confirmed specifications.

Custom-made orders are not offered with a retail change-of-mind return policy, except where the order agreement or applicable law provides otherwise. Quality problems, incorrect goods, shortages and damage can still be reported.

Depending on the issue and order agreement, a resolution may involve rework, replacement, additional goods or an appropriate refund. Agree any return address, method and cost responsibility before returning goods. Confirmed refund amounts and processing arrangements are communicated in writing.

10. Responsibility

Each party’s responsibility is assessed under the accepted order documents and applicable law. Rights and responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. A reference or link helps provide information and does not by itself establish endorsement or a guarantee of their services.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Raise an order-related concern with us in writing so both parties can review the facts and attempt to resolve it. Any valid governing-law or dispute-resolution provision in the agreed contract applies, together with applicable law. If you have questions about a contractual provision, raise them before accepting the order.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update this page when the website or business arrangements change. Updates do not automatically rewrite separately accepted order terms or operate retrospectively. The effective date shown on this page identifies this version.
