From Fabric Construction to Finished Towels
Our equipment supports the fabric, surface and sewing choices used in beach towel projects.
Dyeing, Printing and Finishing
Our dyeing equipment, rotary-screen printer and 2 digital printers produce solid colors and printed designs. Shearing and setting equipment give towels their surface finish and final form.
Cutting, Sewing and Packing
Cutting and sewing areas shape rectangular, round and hooded products, finish the edges and attach labels before folding and packing.
How a Towel Moves Through Our Factory
Each product follows the operations suited to its material and construction, with checks between the main stages.

Learn about the work we carry out and the checks that support a custom towel order.
No. Our factory is at a separate production site from our Shaoxing office. The office handles business communication, sample management and export coordination. We provide the factory details when arranging cooperation or a visit.
Our production scope includes towel weaving, dyeing and printing, finishing, cutting, sewing, inspection and packing. The route used for a particular towel depends on its material, structure and decoration.
Some special functional finishes and decorative work may use external suppliers. Our quality team coordinates these processes against the requirements for the towel.
Our reference capacity is 150,000–250,000 standard-size towels per month. Actual output and order scheduling vary with fabric, dimensions and finishing work.
We use incoming, in-process and finished-product checks. Depending on the order, these cover materials, fabric structure and weight, color, print placement, stitching, dimensions, labels and packaging.
Yes. We coordinate third-party product inspections and factory audits, with access and scheduling arranged for the agreed scope. Video tours and on-site visits can also be arranged.
